Festive negroni cocktail recipe | Waitrose

Get the festive holiday off to a glamourous start with this delicious party drink.

1 large Navel orange
8 whole cloves
200ml Plymouth Gin
200ml Martini Rosso
160ml Campari


1. Using a vegetable peeler, carefully remove 8 pieces of zest from the orange and set aside. Squeeze the juice of the orange into a large jug and add the cloves.

2. Pour the gin, Martini and Campari into the jug and add plenty of ice. Stir well, then strain into chilled, ice-filled tumblers or martini glasses as quickly as possible. Serve immediately, with a piece of orange zest curled into a twist in each glass.
