Gin Sangria


A very British take on the traditional Spanish punch.


Ice cubes
2 shots Williams Chase Gin
10 shots white wine
1 shot The King’s Ginger Liqueur
2 shots ginger beer
2 shots pressed apple juice
2 shots elderflower cordial
2 tbsp honey
Lemon and lime wedges
Slices of fresh ginger
1 cup of chopped apple
Sprigs of mint


Half fill a jug with ice. Put all the other ingredients into the jug and stir well. Add more ice if needed. Serve in tumblers, making sure each glass gets some lemon, lime, apple and mint.
