    Grilled vegetable spaghetti

    Grilled vegetable spaghetti

    • Cooking time: 15 minutes

    Serves: 4


    1 tbsp olive oil
    750g pack frozen essential Waitrose Grilled Vegetable Mix
    1 tsp hot smoked paprika
    400g can chopped tomatoes
    500g pack fresh spaghetti
    25g pack basil, shredded 


    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the frozen vegetables for 3-4 minutes, add the paprika and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the tomatoes, cover and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 4 minutes then drain, return to the pan and toss in the vegetables, season well and stir in the basil.
