Lime & avocado smoothie

2 small bananas
4 large ice cubes, crushed
Juice 2 limes
½ Waitrose Perfectly Ripe Avocado, peeled
200ml reduced fat coconut milk, chilled
1½ tbsp clear honey, or to taste
1. Peel and roughly chop the bananas, then place in a freezer bag and leave to freeze overnight.
2. The following day, place the ice, frozen banana, lime juice, avocado, coconut milk and honey in a powerful blender with 100ml water and whizz until very smooth. Taste and add a little extra honey if you wish. Divide between 2 small glasses and serve straight away.
