@lottiemurphy's Winter berry porridge

Serves: 1


3 tablespoons gluten free oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup hemp milk
1/2 frozen blueberries
1 tsp honey
2 tbsps Rude Health ultimate muesli 


1. Place the oats, chia seeds, milk and blueberries in a saucepan on a low heat for 5 minutes.

2. Leave to stand and thicken, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle the muesli on top. So simple but heavenly.
