Mango, coconut and passion fruit yogurt

Source of vitamin C
2 large, ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
300g essential Waitrose low fat
Greek-style natural yogurt
10g desiccated coconut
2 passion fruit, halved
1. Whizz the mango in a food processor to form a thick purée. Gently stir together the purée, yogurt and coconut. Chill until ready to serve.
2. Spoon into six small glasses and top with the passion fruit seeds and pulp.
