This recipe was created to disguise lots of vegetables for a fussy eater who hates all vegetables

  • 500g minced Beef
    500g minced Pork
    2 eggs beaten
    150g homemade breadcrumbs
    1 large onion
    1 clove of garlic
    2 carrots
    1 celery
    200g butternut squash or sweet potato
    1 courgette
    1 potato
    4/5 brown mushrooms
    small bunch of fresh parsley.
    salt and pepper
    dash of worstershire sauce
    plain flour
    parmasan cheese


  1. Process all the vegetables in a machine until very fine size. Transfer to big bowl. Remove excess liquid. Make breadcrumbs and add to bowl. Add eggs,cinnamon and meat. Mix all together with hands. Add seasoning. Mix flour and grated parmasan in separate bowl . Make 1-2 square centimetre balls, coat in cheesy flour and fry in pan with olive oil. For Agas use big deep pan covered in olive oil and bake in top oven for 30 - 40 mins depending on size of meatballs.
