Med chicken pasta

150g De Cecco Cavatappi pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 essential Waitrose British
Chicken Breast Fillets, cubed
390g can essential Waitrose Ratatouille Provencale
2 tbsp chopped parsley


1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender, then drain.

2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and chicken for 6-7 minutes, add the ratatouille and cook gently for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked throughout.

3. Stir the pasta through the sauce coating it throughly, then add the parsley and season to taste.
