Merry berry mocktail

100ml Robinsons Blackberry, Cranberry & Sloe Fruit Cordial
100g fresh (or frozen and defrosted) blackberries
250ml pear juice
100g fresh (or frozen and defrosted) cranberries
1 unwaxed orange, juice of 1⁄2, 1⁄2 thinly sliced
1 small cinnamon stick, plus extra to serve (optional)
1 star anise
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan with 350ml water. Heat gently until it just starts to simmer, crushing the cranberries a little with a wooden spoon. Serve in heatproof glass tumblers or mugs, adding a few berries and an orange slice to each one. Serve with extra cinnamon sticks, if liked.
