Minced pork & spinach linguine


1 tbsp oil
500g pack essential Waitrose British Pork Lean Mince
350g tub essential Waitrose Tomato and Basil Sauce
500g fresh essential Waitrose Linguine
260g pack essential Waitrose Spinach


1. Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the mince. Add the tomato and basil sauce, cover and cook gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Meanwhile, cook the linguine in boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain.

3. Add the spinach to the mince and cook until wilted, toss into the linguine and serve with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
