    Mini meatloaves

    4 rashers of Waitrose Smoked Streaky British Bacon
    300g Essential Waitrose British beef extra lean mince
    50g Essential Waitrose English cheddar mature)
    ½ of 15g Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients chives
    8 x essential Waitrose cherry tomatoes
    1 Cucumber
    Essential Waitrose tomato salsa
    Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients dill leaves


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Take a muffin baking tray and line 8 holes with half a rasher of Waitrose Smoked Streaky British Bacon.

    2. Using your hands, squeeze together 300g minced beef along with 50g grated mature Cheddar and ½ x 15g pack chives, snipped. Press into the bacon-lined holes. Using your thumb, make a large indent in the mince mixture and sink in a cherry tomato into each.

    3. Bake for 15 minutes until firm and bubbling and the mince is thoroughly cooked. Serve with essential Waitrose Tomato Salsa and a cucumber and dill salad.
