    Ingredients

    25ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
    25ml Campari
    Prosecco
    Orange wedge, to garnish 

    Method

    Add the vermouth and Campari to a rocks glass filled with ice, top up with Prosecco and stir. Add more ice and garnish with an orange wedge.
