Nongroni
A refreshing mocktail mixing bitter and sweet flavours to rival an Italian negroni cocktail.
Ingredients
25ml pomegranate juice
25ml cherry or cranberry juice
25ml grapefruit pink or white juice (we used white)
Method
Pour all the juices into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange twist and sprig of mint.
