1 tsp sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Strip of orange peel
Put 1 tsp sugar syrup and 2 dashes Angostura Bitters in a tumbler. Add a few ice cubes and stir well. Fill the glass with more ice, add 50ml bourbon and squeeze a strip of orange peel over the glass and drop in. Stir really well again until the drink is cold. Serve.
