Padron peppers

Serves: 4-6 as a snack


400g padron peppers
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
large pinch sea salt 


1. Preheat the barbecue for direct grilling over a high heat. Arrange the peppers on the grill in an even layer and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning often, until blistered and starting to blacken.

2. Put the peppers in a large bowl and toss with the oil and salt.
