    Method

    Wipe the rim of a highball with lime and dip into sea salt. Shake 50ml Vivir Tequila Blanco, 60ml pink grapefruit juice, 10ml agave syrup and 10ml lime juice with ice. Pour into the glass over ice. Top up with soda and garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.
