Ingredients

40ml vodka
40ml passion fruit liqueur
10ml sugar syrup
10ml lime juice
½ passion fruit pulp
½ passion fruit, to garnish

Method

Put some ice in a shaker. Add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, sugar syrup, lime juice and the passion fruit pulp.
Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with the remaining ½ passion fruit.
