Passion fruit martini

40ml passion fruit liqueur
10ml sugar syrup
10ml lime juice
Pulp of ½ passion fruit
½ passion fruit, to garnish
Put some ice in a shaker. Add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, sugar syrup, lime juice and the passion fruit pulp. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with the remaining ½ passion fruit.
Tip Traditionally served with a small glass of bubbly on the side, a passion fruit martini can also be topped up with sparkling wine.
