Peach & jam swizzle

You can also add it to one of your existing cookbooks
½ ripe peach, skinned and diced
60ml spiced rum
1 tsp plum jam
10ml sugar syrup
Ginger beer
Cinnamon stick, to garnish
Muddle the peach in a shaker. Add the spiced rum, plum jam and sugar syrup and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
