Peach & rum cooler

30ml golden rum
30ml Cognac
30ml peach liqueur
45ml cold black tea
30ml lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
Lemon wedge and grated nutmeg, to garnish
Shake the golden rum, Cognac, peach liqueur, tea, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and grated nutmeg.
