Peanut butter & banana nice cream

Serves: 1


1 banana, chopped & frozen
1 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tsp Natural Peanut Butter
¼ tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Nuts, Cacao nibs and Peanut butter for toppings


1. Add the banana yoghurt, milk, peanut butter and cinnamon to a mini food processor or blender. Combine until thick and smooth. You may need to add a splash of almond milk if mixture sticks. 

2. Serve in a bowl and add toppings of choice! Extra chocolate chips & peanut butter is always a good option.
