    Pear, blue cheese & grape salad

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    2 tbsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp walnut oil
    2 ripe pears, peeled
    2 sticks celery, finely sliced (keep the fronds to garnish)
    60g walnut pieces
    200g Waitrose Vitoria Grapes, halved
    100g blue cheese, such as Stilton or Gorgonzola, crumbled 

    Method

    1. Whisk the lemon juice and walnut oil and a pinch of salt together.

    2. Quarter, core and slice the pears into thin strips. Add them to a salad bowl with the dressing along with the celery and walnuts. Toss together gently.

    3. Add the grapes and toss. Arrange on a platter, crumble over the blue cheese and scatter with chopped celery fronds.
