Pomegranate & maple twist

75ml pomegranate juice
2 tbsp maple syrup
10-15ml lemon juice
chilled tonic water
pomegranate seeds, to garnish
twist of lemon, to garnish
Add 75ml pomegranate juice, 50ml vodka, 2 tbsp maple syrup and 10-15ml lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top up with chilled tonic water and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a twist of lemon.
Chill your coupe glass first, either in the fridge or freezer, or by standing it upside down in a bucket of ice.
