    Pork with sage & apple sauce

    1 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil
    1 Pack of 4 essential Waitrose British Pork Loin Steaks (approx 450g)
    185g jar essential Waitrose Bramley Apple Sauce
    170ml tub essential Waitrose Single Cream
    1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
    500g frozen essential Waitrose Pea and Bean Mix


    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork steaks for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove and keep warm.

    2. In the same pan, heat the apple sauce, cream and sage for 1-2 minutes. Season to taste.

    3. Meanwhile, boil the veg in water for 4-5 minutes then drain. Serve topped 10 with the pork and sauce.
