Posh cucumber sandwich

2 slices LOVE Life Heyford Sliced Bloomer
2 tbsp cream cheese
¹/³ cucumber portion, thinly sliced
1 small Red Choice Tomato, sliced
2 slices red onion
¼ punnet cress
1 tsp red wine vinegar


1. Spread both slices of bread with the cream cheese. Place half the cucumber on 1 slice and top with the tomato, onion and cress.

2. Sprinkle over the vinegar and top with the remaining cucumber. Place the second slice of bread on top. Cut in half and serve with salad.
