Potato wedges

Serves: 6 children


1kg mixed sweet and regular potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp ground paprika (optional)
1 tsp ground cumin (optional)


1. Preheat the oven to 230°C, gas mark 8. Toss the potato wedges in the olive oil, lime juice and spices, if using.

2. Scatter the wedges on a baking tray and roast for 30 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Season and serve.
