    Prawn & mango sweet chilli wrap

    220g pack Waitrose Jumbo King Prawns
    190g pack Waitrose Mango
    1 cucumber portion, diced
    2 salad onions, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp chopped mint or coriander
    2–3 tbsp Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
    4 round lettuce leaves
    4 Love Life Seeded Tortilla Wraps  


    1. In a large bowl, mix together the prawns, mango, cucumber,
    salad onions and chopped herbs. Add the sauce and stir
    together until evenly coated.

    2. Lay a lettuce leaf on each tortilla and spoon the mixture on top. Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides, then cut in half to serve.

    Cook's tip

    For a takeaway lunch, roll the filled wrap in greaseproof paper, twisting the ends to seal firmly. Chill until ready to eat.
