Prawn noodles & edamame salad

2 tsp toasted sesame oil
150g pack essential Waitrose Raw King Prawns
275g pack sweet chilli egg noodles
200g pack Waitrose Edamame Bean Salad
1 tbsp chopped parsley


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns for 1 minute until pink throughout. Stir in the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

2. Pour in the dressing from the salad. Then add the salad and cook for 1 minute to heat through. Sprinkle over the parsley, and serve.
