Quick seafood risotto

1 tbsp oil
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, diced
100g frozen essential Waitrose Extra Fine Green Beans, defrosted and halved
200g pack essential Waitrose Cooked Seafood Selection
2 x 180g packs frozen essential Waitrose White Rice
100g essential Waitrose Passata
1 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper and beans for 3 minutes.

2. Add the seafood selection along with the rice to the pan and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

3. Stir in the passata and sundried tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste.
