300g essential Waitrose Penne
1 tbsp oil
1 essential Waitrose Onion, chopped
250g pack essential Waitrose Cup Mushrooms
400g can essential Waitrose Cream of Chicken Soup
140g pack essential Waitrose British Wafer Thin Roast Chicken
20g pack fresh parsley
Cook 300g essential Waitrose Penne in boiling water for 5 minutes until tender – drain. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry 1 chopped essential Waitrose Onion for 3 minutes to soften.
Add 250g pack essential Waitrose Cup Mushrooms, sliced, and fry for 2 minutes. Stir in 400g can essential Waitrose Cream of Chicken Soup and 140g pack essential Waitrose British Wafer Thin Roast Chicken, shredded, and simmer for 1 minute.
Stir into the pasta with 20g pack fresh parsley, chopped. Season to taste.
