75g essential Waitrose porridge oats
15g desiccated coconut
5 tsp essential Waitrose honey
350g essential Waitrose low fat natural yogurt
150g essential Waitrose raspberries
1. Preheat the grill to medium. Mix together the porridge oats and coconut, and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle over 1 tsp of honey. Grill for 10 minutes, stirring often, until golden and crisp. Leave to cool.
2. Place the flavoured oat mix into a bowl with the yogurt and raspberries.Gently fold to combine.
3. Spoon into glasses or small bowls, drizzle each with 1 tsp of honey and serve immediately.
