Roasted cherry breakfast bowl

150g Waitrose Lusciously Sweet And Juicy Cherries, pitted and halved
1 tsp vanilla sugar
A pinch mixed spice
40g granola (such as Waitrose 1 Cherry Bakewell Granola)
2 tbsp Waitrose 1 Greek Yogurt
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Put the cherries in an ovenproof dish in a tightly packed single layer. Scatter over the sugar, spice and 1 tbsp water, then roast for 15-20 minutes, shaking the dish once halfway through, until softened and sticky.
2. Spoon most of the granola into a bowl then top with the yogurt, cherries and a sprinkle more granola to finish.
Cook’s tip To pit a cherry (without a cherry pitter), either use the tip of a piping nozzle or chopstick. Hold the cherry over a bottle neck and push the stone out the other side and into the bottle.
