    Sausages & barbecue beans

    454g pack essential Waitrose 8 British Pork Sausages
    1x Pack of 4 Waitrose Free Range Eggs
    1x Dash of essential Waitrose Semi Skimmed Milk
    1 x ½ tsp hot chilli powder
    6 slices essential Waitrose White Thick Sliced Bread, halved
    2 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil
    400g can essential Waitrose Baked Beans
    2 tbsp barbecue sauce


    1.Place the sausages under a preheated grill for 15 minutes, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked.

    2. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs, milk and chilli powder with a fork and season. Soak the bread in the egg mixture. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bread for 2-3 minutes, turning half way through, until golden.

    3. Heat the beans and barbecue sauce together for 1-2 minutes and serve with the sausages and eggy bread.
