Seeded apple and berry overnight oats

125g porridge oats
250g pouch cooked Merchant Gourmet Super Seeds with Quinoa & Chia
2 apples, coarsely grated
300g mixed berries, such as raspberries and blueberries
½ tsp vanilla paste
2 tbsp maple syrup
350ml unsweetened oat drink
6 tbsp Alpro Simply Plain
2 tbsp almonds, toasted and roughly chopped
1. Mix the oats, seeds, apples, berries, vanilla paste, maple syrup and oat drink in a large bowl. Cover and chill for at least 5 hours or overnight.
2 . Stir well, then divide between bowls and top with the Simply Plain and almonds.
