Smoked salmon bagel

2 tbsp Light Philadelphia Garlic & Herbs Soft Cheese
15g essential Waitrose Pitted Black Olives, roughly chopped
½ tsp wholegrain mustard
2 slices Scottish smoked salmon, shredded
1 tbsp chopped dill
1 essential Waitrose Wholemeal Bagel, halved 


1. Mix together the soft cheese, olives, mustard, salmon and dill, season with black pepper.

2. Toast or griddle the bagel and spread with the salmon mixture, serve with salad.
