Smoked trout salad with soy & chilli

185g pack Waitrose Spiralized Butternut Spaghetti
½ x 235g pack Waitrose Green Pak Choi, shredded
100g baby corn, halved lengthways and sliced
1 red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Pack 2 Waitrose Kiln Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillets


1. Microwave the butternut spaghetti for 1 minute and allow to cool slightly. Mix in the pak choi, corn and chilli.

2. Whisk together the soy, honey and oil and toss into the salad.

3. Break the trout into large flakes, gently stir into the salad and serve.
