    Soft egg with anchovy toasts

    1 Waitrose & Partners Free Range Omega 3 Rich Egg
    35g slice Waitrose & Partners Mixed Olive Ficelle bread
    ¼ tsp unsalted butter, soft
    ¼ tsp anchovy paste
    chives, snipped, to serve 


    1. Bring a pan of water to the boil. Lower in the egg; reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, toast the bread. Mash the butter and anchovy paste together and spread over the hot toast. Sprinkle with chives and slice into soldiers. Serve alongside the egg.
