Spicy green houmous


2 jalapeño chillies, deseeded
400g can chick peas, drained and liquid reserved
2 garlic cloves
Bunch fresh coriander
4 tbsp tahini
8 tbsp olive oil
Fresh vegetable crudités, to serve


1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz to form a paste. If it’s too thick, add the reserved chick pea water a little at a time, until the houmous is a smooth dipping consistency. 

2. Serve with vegetable crudités, such as carrots, peppers and cucumbers.
