Steak and mustard baguettes

340g pack essential Waitrose British Beef Frying Steak, trimmed of fat
1 tsp peppercorns, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
½ bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, sliced into 3cm pieces
1 tbsp caramelised onion chutney
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard
½ essential Waitrose Baguette, cut in half
Handful essential Waitrose Mixed Salad


1. Sprinkle the steak with peppercorns on both sides. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak for 2 minutes, turn, add the salad onions and fry for a further 2 minutes or according to taste.

2. Mix together the chutney and mustard. Cut the baguette open and spread over the mustard mix. Fill with the salad, steak and onions.
