50ml bourbon or Scotch whisky
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Ice
Cider
Mint sprig, to garnish
Pour 50ml bourbon or Scotch whisky and a dash of Angostura Bitters into a small fluted glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with cider. Garnish with a mint sprig.
