Sweet and sticky fried rice


1 tbsp sesame oil
1 essential Waitrose Smoked British Gammon Steak, trimmed and diced,
250g frozen essential Waitrose Vegetable Mix, defrosted
2 x 180g packs frozen essential Waitrose White Rice
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Clear Honey
1 essential Waitrose Free Range Egg, beaten 


1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the gammon for 3 minutes, add the vegetables and rice and  cook for 3-4 minutes.

2. Stir in the soy, honey and egg and cook until the egg has scrambled. Season.
