Sweet chilli beef stir-fry with rice

1 tbsp light soy sauce
230g essential Waitrose British Beef Frying Steak, shredded
2cm piece ginger, grated
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
265g pack Waitrose Vegetable Ribbon Stir Fry (selected stores)
4 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce
250g pouch Waitrose Microwaveable Whole Grain Rice
1. Mix the soy sauce into the beef, along with the ginger, and leave for 5 minutes. Stir in the cornflour.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the steak for 4-5 minutes. Add the stir-fry vegetables, and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the chilli sauce, and heat through.
3. Meanwhile, heat the rice according to the pack instructions, and serve with the beef stir-fry.
