Sweet chilli beef stir fry

1 tbsp light soy sauce
230g essential Waitrose British Beef Frying Steak, cut into strips
2cm piece root ginger, grated
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
265g pack Waitrose Vegetable Ribbon Stir Fry
4 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce
250g pouch Waitrose Microwaveable Whole Grain Rice


1. Mix the soy sauce, beef and ginger together. Leave for 5 minutes, then stir in the cornflour.

2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the steak for 4-5 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the chilli sauce and heat through.

3. Meanwhile, heat the rice according to pack instructions, and serve with the stir fry.
