Toasted Raclette on Baguette Rounds, with Cornichons


  • 1 small baguette
  • 250g pre-sliced raclette cheese
  • Around 20 cornichons


  1. Preheat the grill to high. Cut a small baguette diagonally into very thin slices (discard the ends). Cut the rind from a 250g pack of pre-sliced Raclette cheese.
  2. Top the baguette slices with pieces of Raclette. Place under the grill until the cheese bubbles and just starts to brown. Top each melted slice with a little cornichon and serve hot.
