tomato and basil salsa

  • 5 ripe plum tomatoes, peeled
    15g fresh basil
    2 salad onions, finely chopped
    1 small clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Deseed peeled tomatoes and cut the flesh into small dice. Cut the basil into fine strips and mix with the tomatoes, onions, garlic and vinegar. Season to taste.
