2 tbsp lemon infused olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ x 175g pack Waitrose Baby Corn, cut into 2cm diagonals
260g pack Waitrose Cod & Salmon Fish Mix
1½ tbsp verbena harissa
25g pack parsley, roughly chopped

- Total time: 15 minutes
1. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender, then drain, reserving some of the liquid.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic, corn and fish mix for 3-4 minutes until just cooked. Stir in the harissa and season well.
3. Add in the tagliatelle and a little of the reserved cooking liquid. Sprinkle over the parsley and serve.
