Tuna with butternut & grains

240g pack 2 Waitrose Tuna Steaks
½ tbsp oil
185g pack Waitrose Spiralized Butternut Spaghetti
250g pouch Waitrose Barley, Wheatberries, Spelt & Rice
½ x 28g pack coriander, chopped
2 tbsp French dressing
1. Brush the tuna steaks with a little oil and griddle for 1-2 minutes each side according to taste.
2. Meanwhile, microwave the butternut spaghetti and grains according to the pack instructions, and mix together with the coriander and French dressing. Place the tuna on top and serve.
