Turkey meatball tray bake


500g pack essential Waitrose British Turkey Breast Mince
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
3 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, diced
2 essential Waitrose Leeks, washed and cut into 3cm pieces
500g essential Waitrose Sweet Potatoes, diced
1 tbsp olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC, gas mark 6.

2. Mix the turkey, paprika, oregano and 1 tbsp pesto together, season and mould into 12 balls.

3. Place the vegetables in a large roasting tray and toss in the oil and remaining pesto. Nestle the meatballs into the vegetables and cook for 30 minutes until tender and cooked throughout.

  • Total time: Ready in 35 minutes 20 minutes
