Vanilla and chocolate drip cake decoration

Make the Malted Chocolate Cake recipe, then decorate as below.
Cooks’ Ingredients Madagascan Vanilla Icing
100g dark chocolate
75ml single cream
Fresh fruit to decorate, such as halved strawberries and figs
1. Sandwich the sponges together with a layer of vanilla icing. Cover the top and sides with the rest of the icing, scraping it with a spatula here and there so that the chocolate cake shows through.
2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir in the cream. Leave to cool, then pour on top of the cake, letting it drip down one side. Decorate with fresh fruit.
