Whisky & grapefruit spritz

20ml grapefruit juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Orange ginger ale
Slice of grapefruit, to garnish
Half-fill a highball with ice cubes. Add 30ml whisky, 20ml grapefruit juice and 1 dash Angostura Bitters and stir. Add more ice, top up with orange ginger ale and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
