White fish chowder

1 tbsp oil
200g Waitrose Duchy Organic Baby Potatoes, sliced
1 Waitrose Duchy Organic Leek, sliced (selected stores)
300ml vegetable stock
100g frozen Waitrose Duchy Organic Sweetcorn
300g cod fillet, skinned and diced
300ml Waitrose Duchy Organic Semi-
Skimmed Milk
½ x 25g pack chives, chopped


1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, and fry the potatoes and leek for 5 minutes. Add the stock and sweetcorn, cover and cook for a further 5 minutes.

2. Stir in the diced cod and milk, and simmer for 5 minutes until the fish is just cooked and the potatoes are tender. Season and add the chives.
